Details:
Title: Assist people to use the Internet

Description: Volunteer will assist ESL (English as a Second Language) students with navigating thru the World Wide Web. Volunteers will introduce NetSmartz to ESL students at a not-for-profit organization.

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours

When: Anytime

Area of Involvement: Social Services; education

Audience: Not-for-profit organization offering services to adults seeking to learn English or to gain a GED or gain job improvement skills.

Location: 310 E. 38th St. Minneapolis, MN 55409

Tasks: Teach students how to effectly and securely navigate the World Wide Web.

Skills: Basic computer skills; knowledge of internet, effective presenter and instructor, patient

Language: English

Logistics: On site at not-for-profit organization
